What others say:
Rick came out to the farm and did a risk assessment and then gave me advice on what and how I needed to fix to comply with WH&S legislation. All the staff they supply have done a workplace health and safety assessment before commencing so all I have to do is a site induction before they start.
International Workforce has definitely saved me time and money and I would have no hesitation in recommending their service to anybody requiring employees.

Rechenberg Pty Ltd has dealt with Rick Jellett from International Workforce for several years. During that time Rick has proven to be extremely helpful with our recruitment needs, providing Rechenberg with suitable applicants that meet our high recruitment standards. On a number of occasions the final decision on who to employ has being extremely difficult due the quality of the applicants that Rick presented to Rechenberg.
I have no hesitation in recommending International Workforce for your recruitment requirements.

How to retain your employees during tough economic times
Continued bad news about increased interest rates continues to arrive on a daily basis. It is clear that tough economic times have arrived. This presents both an opportunity for, and a test of, companies that have long declared people to be their most important asset.
Research suggests that companies using redundancies as a knee jerk reaction to tough times will be, within a few years, worse off than other companies using other methods to manage through difficult economic circumstances.
Predictions that the long-run, harmful company effects of redundancies will be even greater in the future than they have been in the past. Quickly resorting to redundancies not only damages firms' future capacity, but also reveals a lack of commitment to employees as key company assets. This, in turn, will make it more difficult to attract and retain talented people in the future, even as more companies depend on their employees as their sole source of competitive advantage.
Some of the alternatives that companies have successfully used instead of redundancies include the following:
1. Increasing time spent on training and development: the big cost of training (the "opportunity cost" of employees' time, when they're being pulled away from their work) declines when a company has excess capacity
2. Allow for a voluntary reduction in hours:some employees would happily trade lower earnings for less time at work
3. Use a human capital audit:workplace skills audit to help identify and improve the human drivers of a companies productivity and profitability
When the good times return, so too will talent shortages. The companies that will profit the most will be those that stood behind their employees when times were tough.
Is your company taking the necessary steps to win the commitment of your employees?
Do your employees have the information they need, and is it shared across the company?
Does your company foster innovation, and value and support learning?
Do your leaders have the right communication, managerial and executive skills?
Are you looking to improve your company's performance by more effectively managing and developing your people?
