Outsource Services have developed specific training solution platforms and training methods suitable for broad markets across many industries. The outcome of this flexible, customised quality training and development services is a positive impact on your business operation and staff performance.
Outsource Services has a business improvement focus, we can organise pre-assessment on your organisation to determine the training needs, followed by concurrent assessments that ensure the training is having an impact. Then complete the process with a post organisational assessment that determines the impact of the program on the organisation and its participants.
Once individual training plans have been confirmed Outsource Services will provide each participant with relevant training materials and workbooks. Each participant will be visited once per month on the job for a “face to face” coaching and mentoring session. During the month trainers will be available for any additional mentoring.
Additional, self paced projects will be given to each student to work on over the duration of the training process. These self paced projects will require the student to investigate operational systems for objective evidence and system examples that meets the performance criteria of the unit they are working on.
In addition to these organisational investigations workbooks will support the underpinning knowledge development of the student – thus rounding off the understanding and reasoning behind organisational systems and approaches. The monthly face to face visits will also support the organisational learning and knowledge growth of each student by consolidating their submissions and giving feedback on their progress.
This is an action learning process aimed at utilising the workplace as the primary learning environment.
